Modern, beautiful, comfortable terraced house "Al Zur", 3 storeys, built in 1996. Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Denia, in a quiet position. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (9 x 18 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Private: terrace (12 m2), garden furniture. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1.7 km, ferry 2.5 km, sandy beach 1.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Nous avons passé 7 nuits entre amis dans cette villa à Dénia. La maison est très propre et parfaite pour tous avoir son espace tout en cohabitant. La piscine partagée par toute la résidence est assez dure à trouver (peut être mieux la signalée) mais elle est très bien et a une température parfaite. Niveau localisation, elle est assez loin de tout à pied mais ça reste faisable (20 min de la première plage, 40 min du centre et 40 min de la plage principale).

La casa cumplió nuestras expectativas. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. La zona es muy tranquila y la piscina comunitaria, casi siempre vacía. La playa la teníamos a 15 min andando, pero siempre bajábamos en coche, porque no hay problema de aparcamiento. Muy recomendable.

Résidence calme. Piscine agréable, nous étions souvent seuls à nous y baigner. Deux chambres au 1er étage et une à l'étage inférieur (sous le salon) au niveau du garage (séparé du garage par une porte). Lave-linge (appréciable). Pas de lave-vaisselle.
