Host was there on arrival and smooth handover of keys. He took the time to show us around the villa.
There were little touches that would have made the stay even better. Not all rooms had air conditioning and I don't think this was clear when booking. There were also only two sunbeds which is not many for such a large villa. There were not enough mugs and these were mismatched and no teaspoons. These are really very minor things but touches that could help improve the villa.

Excellent villa, spacious and very clean. Grounds were maintained to a high standard. Everything you need for your stay is included. Good quiet area, close to the main town of Denia and the beach (5 min drive)
