Beautiful private duplex apartment in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood of Las Rotas—Parque Denia. Ideal for a peaceful family vacation with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Montago. Surrounded by nature and the sea. The apartment sleeps 4 people—one twin room, one double room on the second floor, and a sofa bed in the living room—along with 2 bathrooms and a large, modern kitchen.
In addition to the large terrace on the first floor, there is a smaller terrace on the second floor; both offer wonderful ocean views. Recently renovated and refurnished, and equipped with a modern kitchen, this apartment still retains a Spanish flair, with traditional tile floors and staircases. Bed linens, comforters (with lighter bedspreads during the summer months), and bath and hand towels are provided. For shared use: the community pool and children’s pool are safe, supervised, and therefore ideal for families.
Les Rotes Beach is 1.2 km from the apartment, and the Denia ferry terminal is 3 km away. The accommodations are located 2 km from the city center and the Denia bus station, and 4 km from Denia Castle. There are 20 km of beaches in Denia, mostly long sandy beaches with rocky coves in the south near Les Rotes. Year after year, they are awarded the Blue Flag for their clean sand and clear waters. Along the beach, there are numerous good restaurants and bars, as well as a good selection of water sports. Shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and cafés are 900 meters from the apartment. The nearest airports—Alicante and Valencia—are 85 and 90 km from the apartment, respectively.
Denia is a blend of old and new and offers a fantastic array of amenities, ranging from a state-of-the-art hospital, spas, and shops to a weekly farmers’ market and a marina. For the adventurous, a hike up the Calpe Cliffs is highly recommended for breathtaking views. The resort towns of Javea and Moraira are also just a 30-minute drive away, and the famous village of Guadalest must be seen to be believed. The tourist hotspots of Benidorm and Terra Mitica are all within a 30-minute drive and are definitely worth a visit.
