Our newly constructed 432 sqft one bedroom unit with separate private entrance is full of light, air conditioned, and fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, queen size bed, pull out queen, microwave, fridge, full size oven, on-site/off-street parking and heated bathroom floor. Built to a high standard with many nice features.

Located in a safe friendly quiet neighborhood. Close to parks, trails and bus lines.

Really enjoyed my stay. location was perfect. The place was exactly as shown in the description. Absolutely love the heated bathroom floor. Posts were wonderful and very attentive.

Easy to find (it did look like an alley when we turned off the main road). New build, well designed, well equipped kitchen, very clean! Wifi and TV and audio system easy to stream content from phone or tablet. Great setup for long term rentals.
