Enjoy this newly renovated modern and cozy home（2 bedrooms/1 bathroom/1 sofa bed） within 8 mins walking distance from the heart of University of Washington. This home is in a quiet and quaint neighorhood of Ravenna. It's conveniently located near restaurants, grocery&convenient stores, Husky Stadium, parks, University Village, Children’s Hospital,UW Medical Center, and more. It has private entrance and free parking lot, beautiful clean kitchen and washer&dryer.This home is close to 520 & I-5.
The space
FULL DISCLOSURE:
- The home is located in 17th Ave between UW and Ravenna Park.
- The home has two entrances and is split into 2 separate listings. This listing includes the bottom floor only. Guests staying in the upper level have a separate entrance and will not have access to the bottom unit.
- The small garden is a shared area with outdoor furniture provide space to relax.
This home is about 1000 square feet, the entrance and the parking on the same level, NO stairs in this space, two bedrooms 1 bathroom and a comfy sleeper sofa , newly renovated with a modern industrial style. It's sparkling clean, warm and spacious.
- Two bedrooms with queen beds on the same floor with a bathroom. One bed with soft mattress and one with hard mattress, all sheets including duvet covers are professionally laundry after every guest.
- Full-sized sofa in the living room.
- kitchen with everything you could need and an around dining table,(Cookware, Cutlery ,Dishes& Silverware ), refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.
- Living room with Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi.
- Washer& dryer next to the bathroom.
- This listing is for the lower unit in the house and it is not a real basement. The entrance of this unit is the same level as our driveway. The terrain of the entire house is higher in the front than in the rear. From the front of the house, it's two stories, and from the back side ,it's three stories. During your stay, there might be some stepping noise from upper unit given its old structure. We provide ear plugs for guests who are sensitive to noise.
- The floor of the home is polished concrete which is a modern industrial style design.
- There are two tandem parking spaces. There is also free street parking but is limited to 2 hours from Monday-Friday 7am - 8pm but you can park on street freely outside these timings EXCEPT Husky Game Day.
Guest access
- The entrance to the home is at the back of the house and there is free private parking in the driveway. The entrance and the parking on the same level, NO stairs in this space.
- Quiet hours begins at 10pm - 8am.
- All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
- The backyard is a shared area.
Other things to note
- Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly. Please clean the backyard after your pets left.
- We live in the same city,if you have any questions, you can call or text, and we can arrive within 30 minutes if you need it. If something isn't right in our place,please let us know and we'll do our best to fix the issue immediately.
