THE SPACE
A spacious open-design studio cottage sits at back of a garden-lushed property. The studio with approximately 800 sq ft, sleeping up to six guests (airbed and fold-out sofa bed for small setup fee, please inquire), features a comfortable queen-size bed, fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with -height freezer/fridge, microwave, electric induction hot plate, coffeemaker and generous-sized glass-enclosed tiled shower bath as well as a relaxing living room area with a 60" HDTV (wifi TV streaming including Netflix service). FREE Wi-Fi too! Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor patio table are available and shared with other residents. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to $30 fee per night.

Just minutes to Downtown, UW, NW Hospital, zoo, Northgate Transit Center.

Grounds and parking are shared by all guests. Only registered guests are allowed on property. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, see rental agreement and/or website listing for details. Damage deposit is forfeited if guest is found in violation of House Rules. Owner has final judgment. Drivers license ID and signed rental agreement required. Children are welcome, however, there may be conditions in and around the unit/property that may pose hazards to them, as well as to adults. Owners do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injuries occurring during your stay with us; Guests and their visitors will hold Owners harmless from any litigation and insurance claims. Children must be supervised at all times. Candles/fires/smoking are not allowed on property. Please take caution using stairs as this is a multi-level home. This is a multi-level home so please take caution especially when using stairs; you are responsible for the safety of your children and visitors. Owners are held harmless from any claims from Guest and visitors, and any natural acts of God. Damage deposit is forfeited if guest is found in violation of House Rules. and/or Terms & Conditions. Owner has final judgment in dispute.

Guest gives consent all disputes will be settled to the jurisdiction of the state, superior district, small claims and federal courts located in Washington State. In the event Guest initiates a chargeback, Guest agrees to pay an administration fee of $500 to Owner regardless of the outcome of dispute. Guest must be a minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
