Third Floor:

----Important Parking Rules----
Guests must park only in our two-car garage. Please DO NOT Park On The Driveway in front of our property or along the neighbor's driveway, as this will block their etrance and exit. Any parking violations may result in towing. Free Off Street Parking is a couple of blocks away.

----Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am daily----
Please note that the city of Seattle has a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10pm and does not end until 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood by adhering to this ordinance.

----Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-7am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property . $500 fine per violation.
