The Seepferdchen apartment is located on the first floor. It is allergy-friendly and sleeps four. You can enjoy your breakfast and the fresh air on the furnished southwest-facing terrace, which features a parasol and lounge chairs.
The apartment is laid out as follows: LIVING AREA (a sofa, 1 armchair, a coffee table, satellite TV, radio, free internet), southwest-facing terrace, fully equipped KITCHEN WITH DINING AREA (including a dining table with 2 chairs and a corner bench, dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, cutlery, and pots), BEDROOM 1 with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, BEDROOM 2 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a wardrobe, BATHROOM with shower, window, toilet, towel warmer, sink, mirror cabinet, and hair dryer, as well as a HALLWAY with a small coat rack. The apartment includes a parking space at the house. You can park your bicycles right next to the house. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee (the private laundry room is about 500 m from the apartment).
In the village, near the house, you’ll find: a bakery, a farm shop with fresh milk and cheese made on-site, a café, a bus stop, the West Coast Art Museum, three horseback riding stables (at one of which you can book rides on the mudflats and in the fields), a large playground, and an electric vehicle charging station.
On the house’s own beach meadow in Utersum, you can breathe in the fresh North Sea air, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip in the sea. If you’d like, you can also cast your line at any time at a private fishing pond (about 1 km from the house).
