A Vacation Under a Thatched Roof—enjoy your getaway at our Hus Strungud, situated in an idyllic location in the heart of the village of Alkersum. This historic Frisian house was built in the early 18th century, making it one of the oldest surviving structures on the island.
The Letj Lindguard apartment—meaning “little linden garden” in Frisian—invites you to relax with its modern, lovingly furnished kitchen and cozy living room.
The newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating ensures the apartment remains cozy and comfortable even during the cold season.
With its two cozy bedrooms, the approximately 60-square-meter apartment offers space for up to four guests.
In addition to a washing machine and modern kitchen appliances, a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet round out the high-quality technical amenities.
In the summer, the garden—surrounded by Freisenwall, roses, and hydrangeas—is available for a leisurely breakfast, sunbathing, or a sundowner, complete with a table, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a garden shower.
Parking is available right next to the house.
Dogs are allowed upon request and for a fee.
