About this house rental
Golfoase 1 is a semi-detached house with 100 m² of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. With a total of 3 bedrooms, the house is particularly well-suited for families and guests who value comfort, space, and thoughtfully designed amenities. This is a non-smoking property; children are welcome, and pets are allowed (max. 2). The property is fenced and therefore safe for children and dogs.
The living area is located on the first floor and opens directly into the kitchen. Here you’ll find a dining area with a dining table as well as a sofa for relaxing evenings. For entertainment, there are a total of 3 TVs, plus a DVD player, CD player, and radio. Wi-Fi/Internet is available. Underfloor heating and central heating ensure pleasant warmth during the cooler months.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: stove with a 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and food processor.
Two bathrooms are available; there is also a bathtub. Hair dryers, mirrors, and sinks are provided, and hot water is, of course, included. A special extra is the private sauna (for a fee: one-time charge of 75.00 €, including bathrobes and sauna towels)—ideal for unwinding after an active day.
For longer stays, the household amenities are comfortably supplemented: a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
Outside, you’ll find a garden and terrace with patio furniture, as well as a beach chair. A playground is also available. For guests arriving by car, two free parking spaces are available, including a private parking spot and a carport.
The accommodations are located in Oevenum (Buurnstrat 20 c, 25938 Oevenum). Shopping options and the town center are each about 3,200 m away, and the ferry is about 3,600 m away. The sea and the beach are each about 3,500 m away. You can play golf just 150 m away—a particular draw for golf enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates short distances.
