"WattGut - It Feels Good" That’s probably the most fitting way to describe this “little gem.”
The WattGut house—restored and refurnished with painstaking attention to detail and a great deal of love. Some of you may still remember the old house by the Friedenseiche in Oevenum with its enchanted garden.
We shoveled and dug here, creating two beautiful terraces and plenty of lawn space for playing. Inside, hardly a single wall remains in its original place; bright colors have taken over, giving WattGut that “I feel good here—I can relax here” vibe. Up to 6 people will find plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. All you have to do is arrive and step inside—see for yourself.......
Our WattGut at Buurnstrat 40 in Oevenum offers you plenty of space across 93 m² for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The accommodation spans two floors and features a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms with two showers. With six sleeping accommodations, the WattGut is designed for group vacations without compromising on comfort.
The central living area, with a kitchen that opens onto the living room, combines cooking, dining, and relaxing in a pleasant, inviting space. A fully equipped kitchen is available for self-catering: a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A dining table with a dining area is also provided. In the living room, a sofa and armchairs invite you to relax; for entertainment, there is a TV (3 TVs in total), a radio, and a DVD player. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere.
A special highlight is the sauna, which offers soothing relaxation after an active day. For longer stays or vacations with children, you’ll also benefit from a washing machine (for personal use), a clothes rack, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
Outside, you’ll find a garden with a patio and patio furniture; a patio umbrella and a swing round out the amenities and create a great environment for families with children. Babies and children are welcome. Pets are also allowed, with a limit of 2 animals. One parking space is available for your arrival. Internet and Wi-Fi are available.
The location offers easy access to key destinations: Public transportation is about 350 m away, and the golf course is also about 350 m away. Shopping and the city center are each about 3,400 m away. The sea and beach are about 3,600 m away, and the ferry is about 3,800 m away.
