The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Thanks to its ground-floor location and a total of 2 levels within the apartment (first floor and basement), it is equally suitable for families and for guests who appreciate spacious living near the beach. The apartment is a non-smoking property; pets are allowed (max. 2), and babies and children are also welcome.
The living area consists of a living room with an open-concept kitchen, inviting guests to cook, eat, and relax together. Kitchen amenities include a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a full range of kitchen utensils, including dishes and silverware.
