About this apartment rental
You’ll love this vacation rental in Alkersum! Enjoy your vacation in this 60 m² space, which offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and a toddler. It’s located on the first floor of a thatched-roof house in Alkersum built in 1999 and is cozy and comfortably furnished. The apartment was completely and extensively renovated in 2023. Right next to the house is a spacious terrace. Here, you’ll spend your vacation in peace and relaxation, far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment features 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a well-equipped new built-in kitchen (dishwasher, oven, and plenty of dishes, etc.). Here you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a parking space for your car and a bike rack for your bicycles next to the house. A washer and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).
The apartment is located in Alkersum, one of the oldest villages on Föhr with a historic village center. Thanks to its central location, Alkersum is a great starting point for exploring the island. This small village is also home to the well-known Museum of West Coast Art, which features rotating exhibitions and is always worth a visit. A bakery, a farm stand, and a horse ranch round out the village. If that’s not enough, you’re sure to find plenty to enjoy in the nearby Frisian town of Nieblum. All these towns are connected by bike paths, making the island easy to explore by bike.
