On-site resort amenities include shared tennis and pickleball courts (two free hours) as well as two other professionally designed golf courses. The island is teeming with other great golf just waiting to be discovered. A seasonal resort shuttle (March-September) provides complimentary transport throughout the property.
Your paradise beneath the palms includes plenty of lounge seating around the pool and a gas grill for all-day outdoor leisure. The home is situated just four lots away from the beach and a nearby walking path across a lagoon provides a short, scenic stroll directly to the sand.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy ambiance in the great room, with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Gleaming custom counters and a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances are sure to spark gourmet inspiration in the full kitchen. You'll have your choice between a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker for convenient morning brew options.
Each bedroom includes a smart TV for added flexibility. The primary suite boasts a walk-in closet and a luxurious en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good house for three couples and three kids less than 6. Short walk to beach, nice small pool for cooling off and kid play. 2nd refrigerator in garage good for drinks.

We enjoyed the location of the home in proximity to the beach and to the general store for soft served ice cream and delicious cinnamon rolls. The home had plenty of seating in living room and dining which was great for our large family. Make sure you bring your own beach towels as the home did not provide those.

Needs attention to cleaning! We loved the house, pool, being close to the ocean but the attention to the cleaning of this home is lacking. I have addressed it, so hopefully it’ll be taken care of for future guest!
