Location was perfect! Room set up was perfect for our family. We loved having a private pool for our use. Overall the property was nice. However, it could use some upgrades/ minor fixes.

The house is conveniently located. It was spacious and clean. It has a nice, small pool.
Beach access is approximately a half mile walk and there is a convenient shuttle service available on demand.
The beach itself is less crowded than some of the larger areas we have stayed. It was good for small children and adults.
The house was comfortable and the appliances all worked well. The neighborhood is charming and quiet.

We loved the house as it was big enough for our big family. The kids loved the foosball table and small pool out back. It was great that it was somewhat shaded as well. The best part of this house is it’s an amazing location near Singleton Beach. We rented bikes for the week and rode down, left the bikes on the bike racks, and hung out on the beach in a great spot that wasn’t too crowded. You could see bigger crowds down in both the other directions. It is also a short drive or bike ride to Kroger and other shops and restaurants. The house also was nice with three en-suite bedrooms — perfect for a few adults sharing the space. And the kids loved the bunk beds.

We were in Hilton Head due to a death in the family so not much focus on the house. It looks worn on the inside as does some of the furniture.
