About this house rental
This 3BR 2BA golfer's paradise, in The Village of Pennecamp, will be just what you need to get away while enjoying the privacy of this sanctuary. Golf courses at every turn. Cruise on the golf cart to explore the nature trails, rec centers, pools and pickleball courts right at your fingertips. There are multiple squares nearby to take advantage of restaurants, shopping and nightly live music! There will be no regrets at the 19th Hole. Pet Friendly, with approval.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
POLICIES:
- PETS: Pets ARE allowed, with approval. Please send a message prior to booking to confirm your pet's stay. There is an additional fee of $150 applied per approved pet. Please inquire with management prior to booking.
-Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
- Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
- We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

The host was very nice and accommodating. The house is beautiful and very homey. The Villages has so much to offer live music, great golf, great restaurants and bars. Had so much fun. We will be back.

Yes all was clean and enough linens and kitchen appliances and supplies. Only a few comments once again very few coat hangers we bought more and left them there. Also we notice a full propane gas can stored in garage and we thought that to be an unsafe practice.Our second stay there and will probably use again.

You could have a larger vacuum for such a large home and some cleaning supplies to start out with .
