Summary:
Located two minutes from Brownwood square and just outside the villages. If you're looking to visit family, The Villages, have drs appointments near by, or enjoy the Spa, this is the home for you.
The Space:
A quaint three bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood hidden from the fuss but right next door to all your shopping needs. A fully fenced in backyard for your furry friend if needed or a lovely place to just hang out by the fire with friends. A serene master bedroom and bath, guest room with a queen sized bed, and kids room with a twin/full bunkbed and lots of games.
Guest Access:
The entire house is available to you with the washer and dryer in the garage.
The Neighborhood:
The house resides in a quiet neighboorhood just off Powell minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Shuttles are available to tour The Villages, uber, lyft, and taxis for those that choose not to drive or rent a car. Nightly entertainment at the squares, and only an 50 minutes from Disney. Golf cart rentals are available at the square however there isn’t a path to the house.

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.
This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!
Priority Check Out:
Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.
This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!

This is a cute, clean little house and was very helpful for what we wanted and needed. There were a couple of snafus but were resolved with time. I think people would enjoy this place, but I do hope that the host check things and replace some of the blinds which have been quite torn up and compromise privacy, especially in the kitchen and the fact that there were no blinds on one window in the master bedroom. The route is a little bit convoluted and the roads to get there are not the easiest to locate or the best to drive, but again a very cute clean little house and it would be something I would definitely consider again. If this is the the area you want to be in then this cottage could be what you need for sure.
