This house is an expansive 3400 sq feet, sits on 3 acres and is centrally located to loads of amenities, simultaneously. Just outside of the entrance to The Village's, Publix Grocery Store, Convenience Stores, Brownwood Square and Golf Courses being a half mile away, our property bodes 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, is Dog-Friendly, with a beautiful pool (not heated) and waterfall, Fire Pit, Outside Kitchen and BBQ Grill to enjoy. There are also 2 hanging swings in our 3 oak trees, a Tournament Ping-Pong table, Basketball Game and Tee-Pee Tent for little ones to read in the garage; Dedicated office for workspace and a California Closet! Please NOTE: There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED anywhere on the property. Thank you!!
