Located in heart of The Villages, Enter this colorful Seabreeze II home through a beautiful art-glass front door with side lens. No need for a key, the exterior doors have electronic locks. At over 1500 square feet, this newly painted quaint home has an open floor plan with an island in the kitchen and extra cabinets below. Stainless steel appliances with French four door ridge with ice/water dispenser. No popcorn ceilings add to her charm. The 10 x 20- foot lanai is enclosed with glass panels over the screens. There is an additional ~8 x ~20- foot paver patio for outside grilling, etc. The garage is large, approximately 24 x 28 feet with an additional golf cart garage door and includes a Yamaha Golf Cart for your use. The golf cart garage door has an added feature: remote controlled screen in lieu of garage door to keep the garage comfortable.
