Funchal Atrium is a cozy apartment ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building next to the Barreiros Stadium.
The apartment has an area of approximately 100 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a dining table, a complete kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious balcony, and private parking in the basement of the building.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in Funchal's amphitheater next to the Barreiros Stadium.
Next to the entrance of the building there is a café, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and 240 meters away there is a restaurant.
It is 1.1 km from the Continente supermarket, 1.8 km from the Lido Bathing Complex, 2.4 km from the Funchal Marina and 3 km from the Mercado dos Lavradores.
There are bus stops next to the building and there is easy access by car to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
REMARKS
The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.
The building under construction across the street takes away the sea view from the balcony.
Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.
People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.
Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.

Furniture and decor was impressive. We love this Danish style. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice bakery, cafeteria and grocery store in the same building. Good restarants in the vicinity. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent stay at a beautiful flat with stunning views of Funchal. Flat had ask the facilities you would expect. Patisserie/ bakery and coffee shop (Sesamo), mini supermarket downstairs in the same building. Just down the road an excellent bakery and resturant. Would highly recommend. All the team were really helpful and friendly. Can't wait for the next stay at this flat.
