Enjoy all that Palisade/Clifton has to offer on this cute working hobby farm. Upstairs apartment over a detached shop. A private separate entrance with plenty of parking. 7 miles to Grand Junction, and 2 miles to Palisade. Close to bike path.

My wife was skeptical when she heard I'd booked a place on a "hobby farm". Doubts quickly dispelled as we arrived. Arrival directions were provided several days in advance, and made our late-nite arrival seamless and uneventful. All accommodations were very nice. For this trip, we really just used it like a hotel, but the kitchen was very well equipped and we can definitely see ourselves here again with our family and utilizing it to its fullest extent. Very quiet and provides a feeling of really being out of the town, even tho you're less that two miles removed from an intersection that has every fast food restaurant known to man. The only time we had a sense of being on a farm was when we walked out the door and saw the stable with the assortment of animals that the property description promises - plus a bonus baby calf that's new to the mix! Overall great experience, two thumbs way up.

This is our second time staying here and all in all it is an excellent stay. If you are an early riser like me then you won’t mind that rooster waking you up at 4am. Just know that he will.

The home was cozy and perfectly sized, we had a great time there and they even refunded me a day when I accidentally booked one too many days, 10/10 experience!
