Beautiful home minutes from a dozen wineries

We booked this property to house 2 families for a weekend soccer tournament in Grand Junction. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed including a very nice backyard and patio for relaxing after long days at the soccer fields. Bonus was that is was a short walk to a beautiful park where the kids could play in the evenings. We had a third family join us last minute because their hotel overbooked and wouldn't honor their reservation (nothing else available in town due to college graduation). The owner was very responsive and kindly accommodated our last minute addition. I highly recommend this property for families visiting the area. We will likely book again for next year's GJ soccer tournament. Would also be a great basecamp for exploring all the wineries in the area! We had a great experience with this rental!

This place was PERFECT for our needs! The owner Scott was extremely responsive with communications and the place was very clean and roomy. The kitchen even had a crock pot and air fryer for us! We stayed for 8 nights for the A Girl & A Gun National Convention at Cameo Shooting and Education Complex at nearby Palisade, CO. We immediately booked to stay here again next year (almost a full year in advance.) Thank you!

The house was very clean and well stocked. You could stay for weeks and have everything you needed to prepare meals, other than the actual food, of course! Host responded to messages very quickly. King bed in master bedroom was very comfy. If you approach the house from I-25, you do drive through a bit of a shabby neighborhood (not sketchy, just older, less expensive properties), but the house itself is in a nicer area with a park less than a block away. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors and had a very peaceful stay.

House was great, neighborhood was amazing. For kid-friendliness, we stayed in the fall and there was a massive weed garden next door. it smelled a little. We weren't concerned but I could see families who may not love that or the smell. The neighbor was up late watching TV very loud one night and we could hear it well in our house.
