Stayed two nights. It accommodated 8 of us with some creative bed assignments. It’s small but we wanted to be close. In 100 degree temperatures the evaporative cooler worked surprisingly well. Well stocked and very clean. Huge tv screen. Not enough living room furniture for 8 people. Humble neighborhood but close to our wedding venue. I would stay there again.

A group of ladies stayed for our A Girl Ana a Gun conference at Cameo. Reasonable drive to Cameo. House was spotless & extremely well-maintained. Check in and out was simple as was what was expected at checkout. I communicated with Scott several times in the months preceding our stay; very nice guy. Appreciated the washer & dryer. We had a great stay at the bike2wine house in Cilfton. My family was there for our Grandpa's memorial services and to see extended family. Both the house and the location were great with plenty of space and close to Grandma's. Thank you for letting us use your house.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice property with comfortable beds. The only drawback is the 2 car garage is very short. We could not fit our normal short bed Ford trucks in the garage. It was about 3ft too short and that was one of the major reasons we chose this home. Short driveways too. The vehicles stuck out over the sidewalk unless you pulled super close to the garage door to where you could barely squeeze by walking. Other than that this is a very nice property.

Spotlessly clean, very good condition, kitchen had everything we needed, including basic condiments, coffee, aluminum foil, storage bags! We enjoyed the front porch and the nice park with a loop trail that is 1/2 away. Thanks for the great stay.

Location was very convenient near a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and a short drive from all kinds of fun for all ages. House was clean, beds are comfortable, and had everything we needed even has a small view of Mount Garfield from the front porch swing! Right next to a park with a walking path that lends great views for a sunset walk just keep small children away from the slide there is some graphic graffiti. Will definitely stay here again of we come back to the Grand Junction area!

This is definitely the best home in the neighborhood. Neighbors were kind and it was so nice to have a garage to park our cars in. Home really had everything we needed. I was a bit concerned about staying there in August with only an evaporative cooler. However, the home stayed plenty cool. We did bring an extra fan to help with air circulation. The property itself has a nice fan you can use, as well. Overall, very nice stay.
