Convenient and centrally located with easy access to I-70 and just 12 minutes to downtown Grand Junction’s unique local shops, restaurants, Thursday evening farmers market (summer and spring) and various fine-art exhibits.
The quaint town of Palisade is just a short 10 minute drive, which is home to a great brewery, multiple wineries and a wonderful Saturday farmers market (in spring and summer). Colorado National Monument and the Grand Mesa are also nearby (45 minute drive).
The highlight of this beautiful home is the open living space surrounded by walls of windows with beautiful views of the Grand Mesa that bring the outdoors in!
Effortlessly whip up a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen. Gather with friends and family around the kitchen bar or enjoy the outdoors with a barbecue on the spacious patio equipped with patio table, convenient electric grill and private seating area just around the corner. The living room is spacious, yet cozy and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring all the Grand Junction Area has to offer!
Three comfortable bedrooms with quality mattresses and comfortable bedding. The Primary Suite has king size bed with top-rated Tuft and Needle mattress and its own private en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and closet as well two additional guest bedrooms with a queen and one or two twin beds or an additional king size bed (pull out trundle underneath-for two twin beds or put them together for a king equivalent) and an additional shared full bathroom!

The stay was great. Had an issue with the ironing board and iron while preparing for a wedding. Host was quick to respond and provided new ones within the hour.

Great house. Easy check in and check out. Excellent communication. Clean, easy for family to gather. Nice kitchen.There is more building of homes around it, so you there is no longer direct access to trail. Just have to go down a different street to catch the trail. Beautiful trail to walk.

It was great. Greg was very communicative with us, check-in process was easy, place was very clean and comfortable. I will say— the cost to pay for a VRBO is comparable to a hotel, but with a list of chores to do before leaving. This makes me reconsider staying at short-term rentals more and more.
