This house was perfect for our group. We loved the hot tub and the privacy of the backyard. We would definitely book this Retreat for future stays.
The beds were a bit too much on the "firm" side, but that didn't dampen our spirits.

Overall, the house was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The K-Cup coffee maker was a great convenience. The big, beautiful fenced yard with a fire pit and hot tub was a highlight.
The property is in a calm, safe residential area, not far from a grocery store. Aside from the pet fee, the A/C limitation, and the dishwasher issue, the home had everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay.
Be aware that if you are bringing your dog, the pet fee is very high — for our 2-day stay, it added over 30% to the total cost.
Note that the A/C is only in the main living area, not in the bedrooms. We had to sleep under the ceiling fan and keep the doors open to get fresh air; otherwise, it was far too hot to sleep comfortably (we stayed in August).
The dishwasher buttons are broken and very hard to switch on, which made using it inconvenient.
