Sea Watcher is a bright and cheerful 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cottage with beautiful ocean views from the oceanfront deck! With panoramic views of the ocean from the living area, you will be sure to experience the beautiful views this cottage has to offer! The decor is continuously updated!
Total bedding includes 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins.
Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed hot & cold outside shower & additional cold shower.
Level One: Large Open Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bedroom #1 is a Master Suite with King Bed, Roku TV, and Private Bath; Bedroom #2 has a King Bed, Roku TV, access to Shared Bath; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, Roku TV, access to Shared Bath; Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds, Roku TV, access to Shared Bath.
Amenities Include: High-Speed Wireless Internet Provided! 5 Flat Panel TVs each with Roku for access to streaming channels! Hair dryers. Iron/ironing board. Washer/dryer. Gas Grill. Deck with Furniture. Picnic Table. Hammock.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
