This spacious single-family home offers a private pool, hot tub, and a game room for the perfect vacation getaway. With a reverse floor plan, the home features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, including 2 master suites. Sleeping arrangements include: King • King • 2 Queens • King • Bunk Bed (Double on bottom, Single on top).
Top Level (Main Living Area)
The open-concept design provides a spacious area to gather with family and friends amidst a backdrop of spectacular ocean views. With central air and heat, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout, you’ll delight in your coastal getaway with comfort and style.
Kitchen: Fully stocked for your culinary needs, the kitchen features a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Dining Area: Sit down to a meal at the dining room table, or grab a bite to eat at the breakfast bar.
Living Area: Gather around the sectional sofa to catch up with family and friends, or for movie nights on the large, flat-screen TV. Step outside on the furnished oceanside deck – complete with both covered and uncovered sections.
A half bath is conveniently located just off the living area.
Bedroom 1: Master suite with king bed, TV, armoire, dresser and private full bath.

House was large enough for our family. The furniture was a bit worn. The pool was clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful week at Emerald Isle (our first visit) with our family! The house was very nice & met all of our needs. That said, we were a little disappointed with the condition of the home upon our arrival. There were broken chairs sitting by the trash cans on the outside of the house & upon entering, we noticed lots of scuff marks all over the walls & an air return vent in the main living area that was filthy. The furniture on the mid-level deck was also quite soiled. We also had an issue with doors that did not open & close properly. These issues were brought to the management company’s attention & were addressed swiftly & to our satisfaction. Overall, we had a great week!

Broken and uncomfortable deck furniture on the main, top floor. My mechanic son had to remove the door latch from the sliding door to the deck in order to open it. Two bathrooms had to lickering lights. Kitchen as killets are in poor condition and everything stuck to them.
