Location and pool were better than expected. Host contact was excellent. No cabinet space for groceries at all. Having to use outside steps for changing floors for laundry and was not great with 3 generations but it was ok. Bedrooms were small with large beds. Changing one to a bunk room might be more accommodating with kids

Terrific place for family get togethers on a quiet street with easy access to the beach and a backyard pool.

We had a fabulous time! The walk to the beach was right across the street and the pool was excellent!

We had a lovely stay overall at this property. You are really prioritizing location (directly across from beach access and ocean views) and amenities (pool). We were a party of 10. The house is tight for common spaces to all be at one time. Your guests upstairs will be more comfortable with more space, higher ceilings, and, unfortunately, the musty/chemical smell in the downstairs in former reviews still exists despite the dehumidifier. As long as everyone is ok with a bedroom being for sleeping and the weather allows for outdoor dining, cooking, and leisure you will be pleased! The pool was tended to by the rental staff twice during our stay to clean and refill which was a welcome surprise. For the price I would say definitely worth another stay
