Enjoy the Bogue Sound sandy beach and sandy bottom - great for swimming. Adjacent Public Soundfront Pier with large deck, boat slip and seating at the end. Bring your own surfboard, wind surfer, jet ski, or small boat (shallow-draft only) to enjoy the waters of the Sound. 4 Covered Decks with ample furniture, Porch Swing, Porch Rockers, and Picnic Table on the upper deck. Rx Pad is directly across Emerald Drive from the Emerald Isle Public Beach Access which makes visiting the Ocean very easy. You can walk across the street or drive across and park in the public parking area!
This property is baby friendly with pack n play, baby gates provided indoors, and a permanent baby gate on the top porch.

Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, deck access, and ocean views. Bedroom #4 has a Twin Bunk Bed Set. Laundry area with Washer/Dryer. Hall Full Bathroom.
Level Two: Living, Dining, and Fully Equipped Kitchen with access to decks on both sides of home. Full Bathroom on this level. Great views of the Intracoastal Waterway from rear and Ocean views from front. Bedroom #5 with King Bed. Soundside deck has permanent baby gate.
Amenities Include: 3 Smart TVs, DVD & CD Player, Child's Attachable Booster Seat without Eating Tray, High-Speed Wireless Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, Pak-N-Play and baby gates, Porch Rockers, 2 Central Heat & Air systems, Charcoal Grill, Beach Chairs and Kayak.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

We enjoyed the rental very much. The owner needs to address the following items to make it a 5 star property.1. Lamp in top floor bed room is broken in the back.2.Door with key less entry should be reversed. just wood door.3.The house needs a better cleaning job before quest arrive. Mold in showers.4.Second floor bathroom drains stopped up.5.Hand rails inside house need to be cleaned and painted.6. House needs to be sprayed for bugs. Cockroaches7. House needs a elevator. Steps are hard for older folks.
