This newly renovated, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has been professionally decorated and includes great amenities perfect for your beach vacation. You will be welcomed into this home with the warmth of the modern tropical decor, lovely art, and hand-crafted furniture.
Carolina Conch House offers a number of awesome amenities to make your family vacation a memorable one. This home is fun for all ages and designed with your family's enjoyment in mind. This home offers its own private oasis with an expansive outdoor private saltwater swimming pool and covered poolside den and park grill to enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun! You will find front and back decks where you can see stunning views of the ocean and of the sound!
Ground Level: Covered Parking, Outdoor Shower, and Entry Way
Level One: On this level, you will find 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a view of the private pool with a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #2 has beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean with a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 is a very spacious master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom. Each room has its own private balcony where you can enjoy great views of the ocean and the sound! The large-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level near the bedrooms.
Level Two: On this level, you will find Bedroom #4, the 2nd master bedroom equipped with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom.
Level Three: On this level, you will find an open-concept floor plan including the kitchen, living area, and dining area with expansive views of the ocean and the sound. The full gourmet kitchen has porcelain countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island that includes additional seating for 4 - perfect for preparing family meals. Off the kitchen, there is a large deck equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy great seafood while overlooking the ocean. A half bath with a new vanity is also located near the kitchen. The dining room has seating for eight with beautiful views of the ocean and sound. In the large living area, you will find a large Smart TV with Roku Remote, BluRay Player, surround sound, and a game/poker table for some friendly competition.

Water softening system with purified reverse osmosis drinking water at kitchen sink dispenser and on refrigerator ice - eliminating the need for bottled water and purchased ice.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

Our group had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house is very nicely decorated and the color palette is perfection. The pool is great. It's is a very short walk to two public beach acesses. We really enjoyed the separate dining room. I highly recommend this house.
