The Sandbar is a charming single-family home located just one lot from the ocean, offering ocean views and direct beach access! Enjoy your own private, chlorine pool (pool cannot be heated) and relax in this beautifully furnished space.
This spacious home draws upon an inverted floor plan – with the main living space on the top floor – to maximize ocean views and features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Stay comfortable year-round with central air, heating and ceiling fans. For your entertainment, the home features Wi-Fi and six Smart TVs with YouTube TV provided. Sleeping arrangements include King • Queen • 2 Singles • Bunk Bed (Double-down and Double-up).
Top Level (Main Living Level)
The open-concept living area is a great place for the whole crew to get together while enjoying the ocean scenery.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen highlights stainless steel appliances, including:
• Refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Stove
• Microwave
Opposite the sink, a breakfast bar provides a great spot for morning coffee.
Dining Area: The dining room table seats 8-10 and the breakfast bar provides additional seating for 4.
Great Room: Designed for gathering, the great room centers around an inviting gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. This property was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the view! The location was great and very quiet and relaxing!

Home was clean and just as described. Pool guy came mid-week and cleaned pool which was very nice. We had an issue with the ice maker and they came the next day & fixed it. They offered to send over ice when I messaged.
