Attitude Adjustment is a cute and cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront home nestled on the gorgeous sands of Emerald Isle with a brand new Private Hot Tub in 2025! Its high ceilings in the common living and dining spaces offer unique floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean!
Total bed count includes 2 queens, 2 doubles, and 2 twins.
Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! There are two standard box TVs and 2 flat-panel TVs dispersed throughout the home for your viewing pleasure. There is a 50 inch wall mounted TV, with Streaming Services in the Living Room. There is also a 30 inch TV in the Master Bedroom with Streaming TV services from FireStick. One of the TVs offers basic cable channels and there is even a DVD player so that you can watch your favorite movie as you enjoy your time on the Crystal Coast.
One of the things that makes Attitude Adjustment your ideal vacation spot is the private walkway that takes you straight to the sand and sea! Enjoy the views from your furnished dune-top deck or enjoy a meal from a picnic table while taking in the salty vacation vibes in the air. Rinse off in the refreshing cold outdoor shower after a day of catching the waves!
This home is equipped with a HEPA filter air system as well as a water treatment system, so you can rest assured that your drinking water and air quality are to the nines!
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could need including a coffee maker, refrigerator, countertop ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as some fun extras like a toaster oven, slow cooker, and blender!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Overall, this place was clean. Nice views of and proximity to the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. And the appliances appeared to be new. We enjoyed the picnic table and the hot tub on the back deck. I would recommend that the sofas get a good cleaning. We covered them with bedsheets while we were there. The furniture is pretty worn and dated, but usable. The bedroom in the corner of the house closest to the hot tub needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. The grill was completely rusted and legs collapsed when we tried to move it from under the house to grill our food, so there is no grill at this time. We let the management company know the first day we were there via email about the grill.
