This Luxury 7th Floor Oceanfront condo in the high-end Ocean Vistas building has 2 large balconies with incredible Ocean view for picturesque sunrise mornings and also amazing sunset views from the back balcony. Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the master bedroom and the main living areas. This residence has its own semiprivate elevator and private foyer. With three separate master suites - each with private baths, walk in closets your whole family will have tons of space to relax. Large HDTVs are present in each bedroom and in the family room. The Oceanside master suite has a king size master bed with sliders to the massive 500 square foot balcony with built in grill. The other 2 master suites feature a king bed and a queen with private slider from each room to a balcony which features spectacular sunsets. You can even enjoy sweeping ocean views from fully equipped gourmet kitchen which boasts a walk-in pantry, center island prep sink and built in oven. The family room also has fantastic views of the ocean in addition to the Smart HDTV to access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or many other accounts for your "On-Demand" media player choices. Of course, high speed internet with WIFI is included. The Ocean Vistas building Amenities include an oceanfront fitness center, a pool heated to 80 degrees year-round, a Jacuzzi, business center, and a club room with pool table, TV, and refrigerator. There is gated underground parking for 2 vehicles with 24/7 security. The Main Street pier and Boardwalk are less than 2 miles away. Very clean; very well appointed; great location.Only negative would be that we were left with only three trash bags and a few dishwasher pods for a two week stay. I understand that people often take "extras" from these properties - we have a rental ourselves, so I get it - but we would expect to have enough for the actual number of days we were staying, particularly at this price point. Otherwise, fantastic stay, beautiful property, great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The whole condo was just perfect for us! It’s beautiful and clean and so convenient. We loved sitting on the balcony at night watching the planes come in and playing card games with the sound of the waves. Melissa was so helpful with any question or need! We have stayed in this building before and this unit is by far our favorite and we plan on coming back more and more and hope we can stay in 706! It felt like home away from home. Wouldn’t change a thing. Perfect for our group of 7
