About this apartment rental
Luxurious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath 10th floor unit in Ocean Vistas, one of a select few premiere condominiums in the Daytona Beach Shores Area. 2848 square feet climate controlled and a total of 3500 SF including the two separate balconies overlooking the ocean and the Intra-coastal Waterway . Each bedroom is served by a full private bathroom, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large walk in closet and each has an ocean or Intracoastal waterway view. The unit sleeps 8 people. Both Primary Suite and Guest Bedroom have a King bed. Third bedroom has two twins. There are also two portable full sized twin beds (not foldaway beds). A gourmet kitchen with central island is fully equipped. Spacious and comfortable living and dining areas have a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The laundry room is ample sized and fully functional to include washer, dryer, counter and sink. The oversized oceanfront balcony (480 SF) is private and features glass view rails It includes outdoor dining table and chairs, leisure chairs, ceiling fans and an electric grill!
WIFI and cable TV cover the entire unit.
Building amenities include Heated oceanfront pool, 6-person hot tub, spacious sun decks, fire pit, and fitness center with sauna, changing rooms and showers and a business center with password protected computer access overlooking patio terrace. There are 3 semi private elevators in the building which can take you directly to your unit door. There is secured entrance to the building as well as secured gated underground parking.

We spent our Spring Breaks there in Daytona Beach at a place just down the road from Ocean Vistas from 2010 through 2016. This is the first time we’ve come for the week between Christmas and NYE. This condo was perfect for a family of 5 adults and a dog; very spacious with all the necessary amenities. We truly enjoyed the oceanfront balcony watching the sunrise and eating/playing cards on the large table. The other balcony off of the other 2 bedrooms provided a sunset view as well. Heated pool was awesome especially on the chilly days. Only suggestion would be is provide more eating utensils; we’d run out quickly and there wasn’t a wine/bottle opener so we bought one and left it.
Mary was awesome! Her flight was canceled, but she called and text us several times before our arrival, during our stay and after we checked out to make sure all was going good for us.
Luckily the building was right next to a beach access road because the piers at the condo were closed due to the recent hurricane damage. No fault of the facility. I feel bad for many other places around Ocean Vistas because of property damage.
All our favorite waterfront restaurants were open and it was fun seeing how Daytona Beach closed off Main St for NYE with bands, food trucks, other entertainment and fireworks.
Not sure when we will get back to Daytona Beach, but if we do, we would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a great experience. The condo and the building were both very nice, better than the pictures. Great location and directly ocean front. The management company was great to work with and made it seamless. I would definitely recommend this place!

The unit itself is outdated. There was a mold issue while we were there.
