Summary:
Spectacular 10th floor direct ocean front condo! 3 beds, 3 baths, huge balcony, over 2000 square feet of space . Pool and hot tub (Shared association amenities) overlooking the ocean, amazing views of the ocean, the Halifax River, and the Daytona International Speedway. There is a mini-golf course directly across the street. Close to Downtown Daytona Beach and the Boardwalk.
The Space:
Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath private condo with over 2,000 square feet of living space plus a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a table and 4 chairs.
Guest Access:
You will receive your codes to enter the building along with the condo a few days prior to arrival in your welcome letter.
To help you settle in upon arrival, we provide a starter supply of essential household items. These supplies are intended to get your vacation started and may not last for the duration of your stay.
Our starter supplies include:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
5–6 trash bags
1 roll of paper towels
1 kitchen sponge
5–6 dishwasher pods
5–6 laundry detergent pods
A handful of dryer sheets
Hand soap
Dish soap
A few basic cleaning supplies located under the kitchen sink
If you anticipate needing additional supplies during your stay, we recommend purchasing them after arrival based on your group's needs and length of stay.
The Neighborhood:
Daytona Beach is a lively beach resort community on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Once known for being a Spring Break destination, the area has transformed into more of a family destination.
Getting Around:
There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store that is a five minute walk from the condo (going south on South Atlantic Blvd.). There is also a Publix Super Market that is a 4 minute drive in the same direction as Winn-Dixie.
Other Things to Note:
Daytona Beach is one of the few that allow driving on the beach. Please note that this is very safe for you and your family while sitting on the beach as speed limit is 10mph and strictly enforced and driving lanes enforced. If you would like to drive on the beach while here, the entrance is just a five minute drive north on South Atlantic Blvd.
Want to catch a space shuttle view from NASA? Look up times/days space ships are set to launch and then catch a stunning view right from the private balcony at this condo.
If you are an early morning person, grab your cup of java and enjoy sitting on the balcony and catch the dolphins in the tides nearby as the sun rises.

Absolutely no deception with the images - what you see is what you get. Loved the ocean views, size of unit, and ease of communicating with host. Would definitely rent this property again. We also really liked the activity room with the pool table, hot tub/pool, beach access, and parking. I've been to Daytona 4 years in a row and I wish I would've found this property 4 years ago.

Positives: Overall very roomy and clean condo. Convenience of having putt-putt and dollar general across the street plus many other shops/restaurants nearby. The host was pleasant and very accommodating with any information needed. The bathrooms were not modern the way I prefer but they were still spacious and clean. I would stay in an Opus Condo again.

This unit was perfect and the reviews matched it as well. The property is clean, the condo is well taken care of and the location is great. The one thing that stuck out to me was the elevators. This unit is on the 10th floor and my famliy never complained about waiting. The elevators are nice and fast!We plan on staying here again in the near future.

This condo was very nice. However, the listing stated the pool deck MAY be closed, which led me to believe the pool would still be available. The listing showed beautiful pictures of the pool and hot tub. My klds were looking forward partially to the ocean, and primarily to the pool. I found out the pool had been out of service for two years. I think the ad should have read the pool itself is closed and is not expected to be opened until a certain date. I would have booked somewhere else. They are working on it but I have no idea when it will be available. I tired to cut my trip short for a partial refund to get a place with a pool for my kids but the owner would not allow it. I am grateful my family was able to spend valuable time together. We enjoyed the privacy, view and pool table. Ice cream and restaurants are very close.
