About this house rental
Enjoy spacious, tastefully decorated and fully equipped condo units. Accommodations sleep 10 people, and make for an ideal gathering spot for a family vacation. Each air-conditioned unit features a full kitchen, laundry unit, living area, and private balcony. The 3-bedroom units offering maximum occupancy for 10 are both multi-story units in our Springwood section of Coral Sands Resort; there are 19 exterior steps leading up to the unit and flight of interior stairs to the bedrooms.
All within about three blocks or less from your doorstep are the island's best beach, great restaurants, shopping, bicycle paths, grocery stores, and miniature golf. Topping it all off, you will have the convenience and enjoyment of playing tennis or relaxing by the heated swimming pool and whirlpool. There is also a seasonable poolside bar and new Super Pool with Lazy River for your enjoyment. For the more serious golfer, there are literally dozens of exceptional golf courses to choose from. Come and enjoy!

Dislikes:
1. You are not guaranteed to be by the big pool that is pictured in the listing. We booked this due to the kid friendly pool but would not have booked if we had realized this. The big pool pictured in the listing is on the “north side” and with this VRBO listing they said we only could get placed on the “east side” due to the type of owner that listed it which is very separate.
2. We got placed in B202. Building B is on the east side and it was a 8 min walk to the main pool since building B is right by the walking path. I was surprised you can’t drive from east to north side without leaving the properties completely so it’s probably faster to walk depending on where your building is but still inconvenient especially with toddlers or carrying anything. You can’t even bike on the path because there are two gates you have to open on the way.
Highlights:
1. 3 bedroom unit is spacious.
2. We rented bikes and biked to the beach. Walking would have been miserable with the heat in July and public parking still requires some walking.
3. The pond behind our unit had a small alligator and turtles to watch.
4. The 3 toddlers enjoyed the baby pool and big pool on the north side of property.
5. I liked that building A/B on the east side was a 5 minute walk to the big playground nearby.
Tips;
Don’t count on early check in!
You’ll be charged $20 per pool towel if not returned.
