We did our annual family girls’ trip to Lincoln City this year and stayed here, the home is great! Would stay here again, lots of stairs just FYI for the older crew this can be challenging. Great views, excellent location!!! The home is well kept and super cute decor.

We are all in our 80s and did not realize the many many steps involved with the house. Maybe make that clear in future listings. I was never able to get into my account once it was set up. It kept telling me that I didnot have access...Finally called an 877 # to get info. Lovely view and we had a good time.

PROS:Location - three blocks to the beach.Kitchen - nice and big.Dining table - nice, and seats 8 comfortably.Game room in the basement, even though one of the arcade games doesn’t even work.CONS: (so many, where to begin??)Barn doors - although they look cute, some molding around the doors would have been nice, because each door left a good 1” gap where you can see into the bedroom and bathrooms. One is even strategically located at the front door, so anyone can walk in and have a view of someone using the toilet! Really??Bathrooms - how can it be said there is a master bath? The bathroom literally is so small, you have to squeeze in sideways between the BARN DOOR and the sink, just to try and use the toilet. And then, you will need to do that again on the other side if you want to take a shower in the smallest shower stall I have seen, short of a travel trailer! The second bathroom upstairs is almost as bad. The actual normal bathroom was in the basement! That makes no sense whatsoever. The only thing nice with the bathrooms is the one by the front door (where someone gets a peep show) which has a nice large jacuzzi tub, but once again, you are the peep show.No propane for the outdoor fire pit!The smoke detector on the main floor does not work! Someone disconnected it, probably because the batteries are low? Not ok!So many little things, like super bright lights with no dimmers, broken soap pump, etc. Way overpriced and extremely disappointed!

The place was perfect for our people. Three grandparents, three kids, and my wife and I. We were 3 minutes from Kyllo's, the D River, Dutch Bros, and could see both the ocean waves and Devil's Lake. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. We were able to fit three cars in the parking area... Oh and the hot tub was great after 6 busy days! We really had a good time.

We had an amazing stay! The house was great and had beautiful views. The hosts friendly and great communicators, it really made us feel welcome. They had everything we needed there. Having bikes for us to use to ride around town was a great touch.

Great location, it was easier to get to than I initially thought. Home is wonderful. 3 levels and ocean view.Beds were comfortable. Hot tub heavy on chemicals? ...irritated skin!

We had a wonderful stay. The hot tub had a bit too much chlorine causing some irritation. Pots and pans could use a refresh. All in all we had a great time with plenty of room. The view was great!

This was a great place for a family getaway- 8 adult kids and 2 older adults. There are a lot of stairs, so that is important to know, but there was lots to do- a great common room, lots of books and games, an inside jacuzzi and an outdoor hottub. Downstairs, some folks played pool and ping pong, and video games. We had some great walks on the beach, just a few blocks away. Thanks

We had a great time staying at this house! The beach access was only a block away right next to Kyllo’s, which made trekking with kiddos super easy. The driveway and parking are a bit steep, but were easy enough to walk up and down. The driveway is shared with another rental property (both owned by the same owner), and they have plans to more clearly mark parking spots for each house. That was our only issue, that the lower house had 5 cars and kept blocking us in, then insisting it wasn’t an issue that we had to make 7 point turns to exit. Shouldn’t be an issue for much longer, and Barbara was super helpful when we reached out about the issue. Will definitely be back!
