Great location. Good facilities.

We didn't like the polycotton bed linen. The whole house was very cold on arrival and took a day to warm up once the temperatures on the heaters were raised. The storage radiators then heated up during the night which made bedrooms too warm at night. There was no wardrobe or clothes hanging facility in the main bedroom and no chair to sit at to dry hair or put on make up. I had to take one from the kitchen. A non slip mat should be available to use in the shower, and maybe a grab rail somewhere to help older people get out of the bath safely. The grill pan wasn't clean - greasy residue and food left on it. We didn't use the oven.

The location was fantastic, property in very good order and up to a high standard throughout. Really lovely gesture leaving cream tea on our arrival felt very welcoming.

Front door was a little awkward to open but not much of an issue

Next door property rooms are over this one So can be a little noisy
