Treloen Apartment 6 - Clifftop Apartment in Mevagissey with 'Wow' seaviews

A good-sized apartment with fabulous sea views and close to Mevagissey harbour. Comfortable and wonderfully quiet place to stay.

Lovely stay, fantastic views of the ocean. Well equipped accommodation. Just a few things 1. A brush or hoover would be beneficial to help to tidier 2. The sliding door and shower door might need a attention Accommodation was very clean upon arrival easy access

Bed comfortable kitchen has all you need we stayed in first floor which I think has better views had Sunday lunch at shark fins in the harbour best I have ever had met the lady in charge of property lovely lady very helpful had a fantastic time thank you

Lovely clean apartment perfect for 4 persons. Well stocked kitchen equipment - all we needed to bring was the food! Balcony chairs very comfortable and great place to take in fantastic views. It would be useful if outdoor light could be turned off when not needed as shone through into main bedroom- or thicker curtain linings to keep room dark at night. Great location too - kids loved Portmellon as could hire paddle boards / canoes and explore rock pools. Megavissey within walking distance down the hill and is a fantastic place to explore and eat take away fish and chips. We also explored the coastal path past Megavissey and found hidden beaches (down steep steps) . Def will return.

Enjoyed waking up to sound of the sea and seagulls. Enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the sea and the owls Cosy apartment with everything we needed.

Very lovely apartment. It was well equipped and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with a spectacular view. The owner was very prompt with responding to any concerns we had. The kids also very much enjoyed the communal games room. However there were a small couple of things that could be improved. First of all, there is no lock on the bathroom door. Also, the sofa seemed rather old and perhaps could benefit from a bit of repair and care. But again, these were very minor things and I would definitely recommend the apartment to others and would stay here again.

As described. Accommodation a little bit tired; narrow beds; however location and views were way beyond expectation. Would stay again.

The property is in a great position, a short walk to the harbour area. The views are fantastic. Generally the apartment was lovely and we would certainly consider staying there again. We did feel that the woodwork on the balcony and stairs was a little weathered and could do with a good rub down and a coat of varnish but this is being picky on o ur part. Also, the double glazed window in our bedroom had a blown seal and condensation had formed in the void which obscured the great view.

Would happily come here again lovely to wake up and see the sea each morning facilities excellent comfortable sleeping arrangements had everything we needed

My friend and I really enjoyed our 5 night stay in the Chapel View apartment. The place was perfectly located and had fantastic views over the water. It was also incredibly clean and very nicely decorate - we can’t wait to visit again!

Absolute true that this property has stunning seaviews and we greatly enjoyed staying there while walking the south west coastal path and would be very happy to do so again. A couple of slight grumbles... In our apartment and for some of the others in the group some of the double glazed windows had condensation between the panes which obscured the view. In ours it was just one of the two bedrooms and a small rear window which wasn’t too bad. It was also have been good to have a bread bin or similar sealed container in the kitchen. Overall though a great place to stay!

Had a great few days in this apartment. Very, very clean, and everything working as it should be. Couldn't work out Netflix but didn't want it anyway. View is amazing, and the apartment is in a perfect place for exploring many places in Cornwell. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and I'm sure we will return. Big thanks to Fiona.

If you're tired of small b&b rooms and paying for restaurant meals every night, staying somewhere like Treloen apartments is a revelation. We had space, privacy, beauty as we ate our meals in comfort looking out over the rocks and sea. Cheaper than b&b and eating out, and far more relaxing and inspiring. Would definitely return.

Always like Cornwall. The view from the apartment was lovely.

Arrived to find that the apartment had not been cleaned. The food in the fridge would suggest the last guests stayed about 3 weeks previous. Called suggested number and they were very apologetic and offered to move us into another apt on the first floor, but this only had 1 bedroom (There were suppose to be 3 us visiting), however there were only 2, but the other was my Mother, so didn't really want to share a room. Only room clean and ready was downstairs (So lost a little of the height of the view). They did offer to move us next day, but only staying 3 nights and wanted to get unpacked. Moved into apartment.downstairs, all clean and decorated to a reasonable standard. If you are fat you are likely not going to fit in the shower, I'm 6ft1 and was banging my arms up the closed door. Later that same evening we realized that the heating was not working. Which we reported and this was sorted out the same evening. It wasn't until the next morning, that we again realized that the hot water in the sinks (shower separate and fine) was not working. Again, someone was sent and this was then ok. Could probably do a few things to make it more homely, namely an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. TV remote was awful- would work one second and not the next. ***Positives*** Amazing views from all the rooms out towards Chapel Point. These really are the USP Great location in between Mevagissey and Portmellon (Probably best to avoid if mobility difficulties as the path down to the apartments is pretty steep and the hill down into Mevagissey wouldn't be great for you) Beds were uncomfortable and the apartment was clean (when we moved) *** We were the only occupied unit in the 10 apartments, and whilst we were there a couple in their 60's pulled up and asked if I had a number for Fiona as they used to stay here a lot and had been trying to book for over a year. So advertising may be slightly confusing for people. *** In short, I think the views counterbalanced the reasonable amount we paid. If it wasn't for all the initial errors with cleaning, room, heating and water I would have not issues in recommending, but these are the things which they should be getting right first time.

Good Base for exploring the South Cornwall coast area. Apartment was easy to find from the directions. Fairly basic but had everything we needed, very good shower and comfy beds. Cleanliness was fine. The balcony was lovely to sit out on for breakfast. There was some noise from the apartment below but nothing that bothered us. WiFi worked well. So teenagers were happy! Thanks very much , we had a super time.

On arrival at Treloen around about 3pm which was check in time their was no representative present. the door to our apartment was open, it was clear to us that the apartment had not been cleaned their was no bedding or towels and the carpets in the lounge were badly stained and the patio door was very hard to open. At around 5pm the manager came to make up the beds, by this time we had cleaned the apartment and told the manager we weren't very happy about these problems she did offer to tidy and said she would have a word with the cleaners and told us that the apartment was due for a refurbishment. . It's unfortunate that we encountered all these problems because the views are amazing the gardens are lovely. The walk down the hill to Mevagissey only takes 10mins so picturesque. you can walk to Portmellon in 5mins theirs a local pub The Rising Sun for evening drinks

Diese Unterkunft haben wir als Familie sehr genossen. Der Blick aufs mehr ist einmalig und die Betten bequem, alles sauber, die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und das Bad ist schön. Mevagissey erreicht man zu Fuß sehr gut und auch andere Ziele sind sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Man sollte sich in Cornwall nur kein SUV mieten...lieber einen Kleinwagen!

Das Objekt liegt in schöner Lage mit Meerblick und 5 Minuten Fußweg in das Ortszentrum und zum Hafen . Die Ausstattung war komplett, wir kommen gerne wieder.
