Had a lovely weekend stay. The property is within easy walking distance of the town centre and fishing harbour. The sea views from the flat were amazing, and the thoughtful extras waiting in the fridge were a delightful touch 😊

We stayed at the Ocean View Apartment in Mevagissey for a long spring weekend in April 2026 while visiting The Lost Gardens of Heligan and taking part in the Heligan parkrun — one of the best parkruns I’ve completed, with stunning scenery throughout the course.The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very welcoming. The complimentary bottle of bubbly and provisions were a lovely touch, and the beds were extremely comfortable after long days exploring the coast. The excellent walk-in shower was another standout feature.The highlight, though, was the balcony. We were lucky with sunny spring weather on Friday and Saturday and loved sitting outside with breakfast and coffee while enjoying the fantastic coastal views.The location was ideal, with an easy downhill stroll into Mevagissey harbour, giving quick access to pubs, takeaways and cafés. We particularly enjoyed an excellent takeaway from Mevagissey Spice, a good-value meal at The Ship Inn and ice cream in the sunny outdoor seating area at She Sells.The only slight downside was the very tight parking space, although it was manageable for our Renault Captur and not an issue once parked. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.

The proof clean can be seen from balcony and dining room, and double bedroom. We know the area, walked everywhere. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Perfectly located and a lovely flat. Parking is super tight if you have an SUV. Doesn’t have a bath as shown in the listing or photos.
