Amazing sea views from the property with a short but steep walk to the harbour, contemporary furnishings and well equipped. Dropped a star for some cleaning issues, for instance head board was dusty and valance sheet of bed needed to be changed or hovered and lot of dust on the skirting boards. Certainly not enough to put me off returning though. The car parking space is flanked by 2 pillars, my SUV had about 3 inches clearance each side so with my mirrors retracted I just about squeezed in but it was very unnerving.

The apartment is perched on a hill directly overlooking the sea with amazing views. It's a short walk into town but a tough walk back up, but not too bad. The parking space is ridiculously narrow for anything other than a small car but the visitors spaces were always free. Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of eth country.

We absolutely loved our three day stay here. We can't fault it whatsoever. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds in both rooms were comfortable and the living space perfect for our family of four. We have stayed in a few apartments in Cornwall over the past decade and this was by far the best. The views were spectacular. See the photos.The walk to Mevagissey harbour, from the path right outside the apartment is a better option than to drive there. The road is very narrow and tight and you will have to pay for parking nearby. The views walking down to the harbour are a bonus. The walk to Portmellon Beach from the apartment was pleasant. It took us 20 minutes but there is a small paid car park on the beach if you want to drive. We walked all the way to Colana Beach where we came across sheep and lambs grazing. Our children loved this as they were so close. We ate at The Fish Grill food truck followed by Ice Cream from The Blue Hut. Both very good and reasonably priced. Crepes at She Sells and breakfast at The Lighthouse Café were both very enjoyable. We got all our pies and pastries from The Cornish Bakery.We will be back.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and perfectly situated to explore such a stunning part of England. The apartment was perfect for us as a family. Great size, comfortable with good facilities (washer/dishwasher/oven) and the on-site parking and fast WiFi were a bonus. Despite the weather, we got to enjoy a couple of hours on the balcony with an unspoiled sea view and a glass of fizz as part of the welcome pack ☺️🥂 Checkin instructions were clear, with no issues whilst we were there. Postcode in satnav takes you just passed it, however it’s clearly signposted and Tesco delivery can also find it too 👍 We will definitely be back when we visit the area again sometime

A lovely stay at this spacious accommodation on the beautiful Cornish coast. So many places to explore in any direction right from your door. Everything was thoughtfully furnished to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Bring your own body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Provide your favourite cooking oil, seasonings and condiments if you plan to prepare your own meals. Parking is unbelievably tight though other options are available. Too bad about the dvd.

This was a lovely apartment with the most amazing views across the harbour. Was lovely to sit on the balcony and have breakfast and listen to the waves. The actual apartment is very spacious with everything you need. In fact it’s the best we’ve stayed in for actual home from home essentials Comfortable beds and sofas. All in all a very pleasant stay ( you even get used to the steep hill to climb by the end of the week! )

This is a great apartment with stunning views, which more than live up to the description. It is well equipped, a good size and in a fantastic cliff top location. Avoid the tiny roads through the village of Mevagissey itself, a bit further round the other way but an easier drive. Excellent location for visiting some lovely locations like the Lost Gardens of Heligan or just while away the hours watching the boats and listening to the sounds of the waves. We”ll definitely stay again. One little note - the car parking space is small and between two pillars which make it quite awkward even for good drivers (unless you have a smallish car. We did manage to park in a guest space but worth a mention.

The property was a good location but we felt that the apartment needed updating overall. The bathroom was disappointing, the grout particularly around the bath was cracked and mouldy as was the ceiling above the shower cubicle. The hob in the kitchen was old took ages to heat up and the temperature couldn’t be regulated making it hard work to cook on. The curtains in the double bedroom needed lining as when the sun rose it was very bright! If the apartment could be updated it would be a nice stay.

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing views, in a beautiful little village, just what we wanted. Everything was clean and well presented when we arrived and it was lovely to find some little treats. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, bed was lovely and comfortable, so was not at end of the week looking forward to my own bed! As said in previous reviews it is located at the top of the hill, but it was not too bad and meant you got the views! The village is very picturesque with some great crafty shops and restaurants, we tried Salamander, Sharksfin, Roovrays and Alvorado, but would suggest you book in advance to ensure getting a table. The coastal walk was amazing going to Gowen, going the other way you could take the 200 steps down to a very quiet cove, just beautiful. Only things that would have improved the stay were more comfortable furniture on the balcony, we spent a lot of time sitting out there and bigger towels. I would just add that the shower in the main bathroom is not attached to the wall and there is no shower screen, its a shower attachment on the taps. Did not bother us as we just used the actual shower in twin room, but might be useful for people to know. Overall it was a great place to stay and would visit again.

We were so lucky to stay in this apartment! It has everything to make you feel at home. It is modern, spacious, and it has the best view of the harbour! We will not hesitate to come back to this place when coming to Cornwall and we certainly highly recommend it! Wonderful location with fabulous views

Very comfortably furnished apartment overlooking Mevagissey harbour. Short walk down the hill takes you straight into Mevagissey and of course there’s always fresh fish on hand. There are some good pubs and cafes and plenty of shops to wander around if you don’t want to go too far. Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project are both close by, along with an array of beautiful coves and beaches and of course plenty of coastal walks. If you’re into surfing, you can get to the north coast in about 40 mins, and if you want a great pasty or a bowl of soup it’s worth a trip to The Hidden Hut at Portscatho, and of course there are some great chefs dotted about Cornwall, within convenient reach. But best of all, enjoy the view and you might be lucky enough to see the odd seal in the harbour if you’re up early enough.

Having been born and raised in Mevagissey, I was familiar with the area. I selected this apartment for the views it offers of Mevagissey Harbor and the sweeping vistas of the vast waters of St. Austell Bay. I was not disappointed. The apartment is comfortably furnished with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen comes well equipped and includes a washer and dryer, but it was all about the views for me—sitting on the terrace and ocean gazing. The apartment sits at the top of Polkirt Hill, which offers a heart-healthy hike back and forth to the village of Mevagissey. I loved being "home" again, and would return to this property.
