Location near subway. The building and apartment are in good clean condition. You can get the keys at the entrance of the complex anytime, so no problem with late check-in. There is a gas heater for hot water, you need to turn it on before taking a shower, and you can regulate the temperature by water pressure (higher water flow lowers the temperature).

There are too few details about the room on booking.com, you'll need to communicate with the owner to learn more. It's a small bedroom in an apartment. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. No towels, no shampoo provided. You have to pay an additional 19% tax, which was not indicated on booking.com. There are no instructions about how to turn on hot water, wifi password etc. You'll need to ask about these things the tenant who lives there, or the landlord on WhatsApp. Cash or bank transfer for the payment.

Relación precio/calidad acorde, cumplió con lo básico, además pudo resolver de forma satisfactoria que tuviese que hacer el check in y el check out mas tarde. La ubicación del lugar me vino muy bien. Buena señal y velocidad de WiFi.

La sabana tenia pelos de otras personas, la ducha del baño además de chica, había que regular el calor del agua desde el calefón que estaba en el living, una hora regulándola para poder bañarme, además, no me dio la habitación que yo había reservado si no otra un poco mas chica. Faltaron toallas.
