Bed super comfy, spacuous room, hot showers and good wardrobe space for hanging clothes. The breakfsst was great and you can arange for packed lunch if you are out early. The place was very clean and staff communicated well. Nice outside space.

The floor boards creaked all the way through the hostel which made it noisy. The heater did not work in my room but there were plenty of blankets on the bed to keep warm.unfortunately there was two occassions in my 5 night stay where the intruder alarm went off and there was some shouting and banging on the door at 4am in the morning. I think the hostel was located in a rough area. I generally felt safe but didnt appreciate being woken uo to this.

Inner city near to restaurants cafes supermarkets. Clean comfortable & modern. No reception onsite & managed remotely. Hot shower. Breakfast box if early departure.

Couldn’t get heater in room to work

Room was cozy and confortable. The guest was very responsive and attentive to our requests.

The floow would creak a lot, in the room and in the common areas but nothing to worry about.

Good location and good price for 1 night. You have Los Heroes bus stop from the bus going to the airport, and a quick uber ride to the cerros and the more lively part

The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy and there’s no sign outside the Hostal that it’s there. There’s no staff, so all communication is through whatsapp, except for a person during breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Which were not very clean, the bathroom was full of footsteps qnd the curtains were a bit dirty. Breakfast was a bit ridiculous. They provide individual portions per room, which is only a jam and cheese sandwich, no extra bread for the butter and ham that’s there, and you have to do all the washing up etc. Everything is pre portioned and they aren't the most generous. They also ask for dietary restrictions and we said there was one lactose intolerant, and both sandwiches had cheese and there was no lactose free milk nor information on the cookies or anything else, so totally useless to ask. The soundproofing in the Hostal was an issue, from the street but also really loud floor boards. Bring ear plugs or hope they've laid some rugs by the time you visit. Also bring something to cover your eyes, as room 6 doesn’t have a good curtain for the light.
