The breakfast was amazing… loved the eggs, cereal, fruit, cookies, ham and cheese… very good variety. Didn’t expect so much and loved it. The location was very good, short walking distance to the main spots. Staff was very sweet and friendly and my room was super spacious.

Stayed at tis location twice!!! Easy access by feet to downtown area and touristic/historic attractions. There’s a supermarket next door. Spacious rooms. Very friendly staff members that helped with tours and suggestions. They’ve even looked after our suitcase without a charge when we left for 2 nights to go to the Atacama desert. Good and simple breakfast service.

An additional mirror outside the bathroom could be beneficial with 3 girls getting ready at the same time!

The staff is super super nice and a great breakfast made by a lovely lady who goes above and beyond. Facilities are good!

Not much, the location could be a bit better but you know that before you book

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice and served by lovely ladies.

There were a few issues in our room. Neither of the bedside lights worked so the room was very dark when we arrived late at night. There were only 2 towels for us, one each, and no hand towels. The sponge in our kitchenette was dirty and there is no kettle in the room although there was a sink. There is water available downstairs but it wasn’t hot for tea and coffee. We decided we would not like to stay for the 3 nights as previously arranged. The staff were fine about this and said we had to try and get a refund through Booking.Com. We are still trying to do so. Booking.Com, please can you refund us for our last night? We gave you 48 hours notice. We have messaged you but although you acknowledge our message you do not reply.
