localização excelente. pessoal super atencioso. quarto ok com espaço para bagagem e cama confortável. banheiro ok. café da manhã muito bom. estacionamento ok. internet ok.
a água do chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais quente. poderia ser feita a manutenção do quarto com alguma regularidade (ex.: trocar as toalhas a cada tres ou quatro dias). quarto bastante úmido e de bastante barulho (ex.: da rua, da escada que sobe para o segundo piso, da sala do café da manhã - que também é a recepção/área de socialização). banheiro estava com vazamento da área de banho para o quarto. quando fizemos o checkin, o banheiro já estava com barra de apoio quebrada.

Sin calefacción. Pieza sin ventilación. El agua caliente se acabó el primer día pues no nos explicaron que era de termo.

La ubicación muy cómoda y cerca de todo lo necesario, a pocas cuadras del metro. La limpieza súper bien, todo impecable, y buena atención. El desayuno muy rico.
Pagamos extra por habitación con baño privado y este se echó a perder al segundo día por un problema con el baño contiguo, no pudimos seguir usándolo y decidimos cambiarnos a otro alojamiento por la incomodidad. Nos hicieron un reembolso parcial de una fracción de la estadía. También hace falta calefaccionar o aislar mejor las piezas, fueron noches muy heladas y el frío se cuela por las ventanas.
