Les équipements mis à disposition. L’orientation nord et la disposition des fenêtres permettent un courant d’air utile en cas de vague de chaleur (prévoir un anti moustique).
Vigilance sur le canapé pour qu’il soit bien fixé une fois ouvert. Des difficultés à trouver une place de parking à moins de 200m certains soirs.

During hot summer days, aircondition unit was a necessary asset.

Normalnie, bez rewelacji.
Beznadziejna informacja dotycząca sposobu dostania się do lokalu. Brak informacji o konieczności posiadania aplikacji BOLD i jej stosowania. W ostatniej chwili podawane były kody do bramy i drzwi wejściowych, dopiero przy kolejnych probach kontaktu . Brak informacji o tym ze istnieje „pastylka” do otwierania drzwi i uruchamiania windy. To wszystko powinno być przekazane najemcy przed wyjazdem aby był przygotowany. Dobrym zwyczajem jest aby wynajmujący lub jego przedstawiciel pojawił się na powitanie. Kompletna ignorancja klienta. Tę stronę oceniam zdecydowanie negatywnie.
