Tutto assolutamente perfetto. L’appartamento merita più di 10 come punteggio è nuovissimo, confortevole, ben arredato e dotato di tutto quello che si possa desiderare. La posizione anche è ottima. Comodissimo l’ascensore e il garage interrato. È una struttura da consigliare assolutamente. Uno dei più belli appartamenti vacanza in cui sia stato.

We are a family of five and were looking for accommodation near Lake Constance. We absolutely loved this apartment! All the furniture is new, the apartment is very well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfortable, including the sofa beds in the living room. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area was perfect for our family. Having a covered parking space is a great bonus, and we also really appreciated being able to collect the keys at any time. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

Communication with the host agents was smooth and easy. We had a few questions which were answered promptly. Apartment was sufficiently large with an added reserved basement carpark. Facilities tip top and having washing machine and dryer in the unit were most convenient.

Apartment is next to a road, though not busy but you can hear the light traffic (though this didn't overly bother our stay). We stayed during the heatwave that covered most of Europe. There was no proper ventilator or airconditioning in the apartment. There were working themostats but they took a while to adjust. Having standing fans in the rooms would be a bonus. Schaffhausen is nearby but you will need your own transport to get by.

Appartement très moderne, parfaitement équipé et très propre. De plus, il est très bien situé pour visiter à pied le joli village de Stein am Rhein.
