Horrible stay- NO AC , NO FAN , most uncomfortable stay ever
The property was brand new with all the elements you need for tour stay. The apartment was clean and the backyard was large enough
Well firstly wrongly advertised, although it said the apartment has AC , it was not working / or the owner didnt want to switch it on. The apartment was very hot when we moved in, but the owner said he will not switch on the AC. There was no fan as well. On a 30deg C day it was extended difficult to live in that property. The owner/host did not pick up our call and only answered via texf. It was a horrible day for us , we could not sleep that night as it was extremely hot. We could not keep the windows and doors open as there was too many mosquitos and flies and the backyard is open, anybody from the building or neighbours can walk in.

Große 3 Zimmer EG Wohnung mit Garten in Feldrandlage
Die ruhige Lage direkt am Feldrand war für unseren Hund optimal. Die Ausstattung war bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten auch sehr gut.
Teils war die Wohnung etwas hellhörig zum Treppenhaus und den darüber liegenden Wohnungen.

Absolute Überraschung, toller Aufenthalt!
Alles! Top Ausstattung, 15 Minuten zum Bodensee, ruhige Lage, dennoch alles vor Ort, Parkplatz vor der Tür, sehr nette unaufdringliche Kommunikation, schöne Terrasse und Whirlpool als Highlight!

Perfekte Zuflucht für Familien bis 6 Personen
Modernes Neubauhaus mit voll ausgestatteter Wohnung welche komplett klimatisiert ist. Mit ebenerdigen Zugang vom Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre und Terasse perfekt für Familien mit Kinderwagen. Im Schlafzimmer ist gut Platz für ein Reisebett. Wohlfühlfaktor auf jeden Fall vorhanden. Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Besonders preislich ein echtes Schnäppchen.
