remote location

i didnit receive any reply for my message regarding my query before arrival ( parking etc). had to ultimately call myself. the 2 single folded beds were kept outside the apartment. we had to prepare them ourselves after a tiring day. including the pillow covers and quilt cover :( when we were about to cook , we realised the cook stove was not working. called the owner and after waiting for about 30-60 mins we got a temporary mini gas stove ( old fashioned heating plates) there was no proper mirror in the bathroom, just this small temporary one( picture attached)

Clean.

We didn’t have any hot water until we asked for it. and They could have put up a couch in there.

The location of house is very convenient to visit both spots in switzerland and in Lake Konstanz. View from the house to the mountains is really good.

Though the apartment is verg good furnishes with all amenities , More cooking utensils (preferably smaller ones) and basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, and oil , coffee filter paper would have been helpful.

Орендували це приміщення для своєї родини. По-перше: дуже комфортне розташування, 30 хвилин до рейнського водоспаду, 30 хвилин до Боденського озера, 2 години до міста Люцерн (Швейцарія). Тихе, спокійне місце, прекрасні краєвиди з вікна. По- друге: У приміщенні було все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Приміщення підходить для чотирьох гостей. Милий інтерʼєр, кухня оснащена холодильником та посудомийною машиною. Дрібна побутова техніка та весь необхідний посуд у наявності. Самостійний чек-ап, чек-аут, теж зручно! Постіль чиста, рушники в наявності. Персонал привітний та гостинний, на моє прохання додали ще одне дитяче ліжко для хлопчика.

В принципі чисто, були невеликі зауваження до прибирання, але це дрібні речі, які не псують відпочинок. І як рекомендація ще додати рушники для обличчя та рук.

Propreté des sanitaires

Der Wohnung war super ausgestattet und der Vermieter war sehr nett,ich habe ein andere Wohnung kurzfristig gebucht und der Wohnung war leider nicht sauber und der Vermieter hat uns ein andere Teuere Wohnung in dem gebuchten Preis gegeben.Das finde sehr nett.

Die Schlechte sache war Heizung,es war -2 drausen und der Heizung war ausgeschaltet und ich könnte den nicht anschalten. Wir sind alle die 4 die Nacht erkältet. Und die Schlafsofa war leider sehr unbequem zu schlafen.

Manque chauffage, ont été installés dans chambre et salon 2 radiateurs bain d'huile électriques (insuffisant). Manque table basse devant canapé, manque grande table, manque plat pour four, problème disjoncteur lorsque lave-vaisselle fonctionne, minicouette dans lit très mou, ne recouvre pas les pieds ou les bras, il faut choisir. Bruit de pas et de conversation dans appartement du dessus, appartements non insonorisés. Belle TV mais pas de connexion pour recevoir une chaîne. WiFi depuis le canapé, rien dans les autres pièces.

That when we arrived at the place we started with the wrong pin number for the keys, after we already had keys the apartment was dirty, just used, bath towels used and thrown around many parts of the place, beds with dirty bedding and messy as if someone just got up from those beds, there were also dirty dishes and leftovers in the kitchen and the bathroom also just used, my boyfriend who is German called for me and the owner said she would arrive to clean in an hour, it was 5 pm, and I had said I was arriving at 3 pm, when I was waiting to be told if I would get my money back, a van arrived with 4 men and cleaning stuff, but no bed linen or clean cloths, they were planning to clean and leave the same used bed linen and towels? Oh and I am still waiting for my money back, yes, they stole 398 euros. Als wir ankamen, bekamen wir zunächst die falsche PIN-Nummer für die Schlüssel. Nachdem wir die Schlüssel hatten, war die Wohnung schmutzig, nur benutzt, die Handtücher benutzt und herumgeworfen, die Betten mit schmutzigem Bettzeug und unordentlich, als ob jemand gerade aus den Betten aufgestanden wäre, es gab auch schmutziges Geschirr und Essensreste in der Küche und das Badezimmer auch nur benutzt, mein Freund, der Deutscher ist, rief für mich an und die Besitzerin sagte, sie würde in einer Stunde zum Reinigen kommen, es war 17 Uhr, und ich hatte gesagt, dass ich um 15 Uhr ankomme, als ich darauf wartete, dass mir gesagt wird, ob ich mein Geld zurückbekomme, kam ein Lieferwagen mit 4 Männern und Reinigungsmaterial, aber keine Bettwäsche oder saubere Tücher, sie dachten, sie würden reinigen und die gleiche benutzte Bettwäsche und Handtücher zurücklassen? Oh, und ich warte immer noch auf mein Geld zurück, ja, sie haben 398 Euro von mir gestohlen.

Que al llegar al lugar empezamos con el número de pin incorrecto para las llaves, luego que ya tuvimos llaves el apartamento estaba sucio, acabado de usar, las toallas de baño usadas y tiradas por muchas partes del lugar, camas con ropa de cama sucias y desordenadas como si alguien acabará de levantarse de esas camas, había además platos sucios y sobras en la cocina y el baño también recién usado, mi novio que es alemán llamó por mi y la dueña dijo que llegaría a limpiar en una hora, eran las 5 pm, y yo había dicho que llegaba a las 3 pm, cuando estaba esperando que me dijeran si me devolverían mi dinero, llego una camioneta con 4 hombres y cosas de limpieza, pero sin ropa de cama ni paños limpios, que pensaban limpiar y dejar la misma ropa de cama y toallas usadas? Ah y aún estoy esperando mi dinero de vuelta, pues sí, me robaron 398 euros.
