Neuwertige Ausstattung und den zentrale Lage.
Die Terrasse wird von allen Gästen genutzt unter anderem wird sie als Raucherlounge genutzt, was zu Geruchsunannehmlichkeiten führt ( wenn bei wärmerem Wetter die Fenster in Wohnung 1 geöffnet sind)

Zeer net appartement, alles was aanwezig.
Eigenlijk niets, misschien wat warm maar er was een ventilator aanwezig en dat was heel prettig.

Todo nuevo, con terraza y con sofá cama cómodo. Limpio y amplio. TV con netflix. Fácil aparcamiento en la zona.
Nos hizo mucho calor y al ser un ático era imposible estar. Solo 1 ventilador para 2 estancias, insuficiente. Fuera de temporada de calor sería muy buena opción. No dispone de microondas (algo básico hoy en día). Tampoco lavadora.
