Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es fehlt nur der Toaster), Bad und WC sehr gut und okay, Parkmöglichkeit im Hof war prima, Raucherecke ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist prima, Grundstück sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig und nah zum Zentrum.
