About this apartment rental

For rent is a TOP equipped 2.5 room apartment in Trossingen. The living room has a large couch on which you can spend cozy evenings, as well as a television and a stereo system. The large living / dining kitchen is equipped with everything you need at the large dining table is enough space to comfortably dine.
The bedroom has a large double bed 200x180cm and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is tiled in granite and marble and has a large bathtub and an extra large shower. The toilet is in a separate room.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a 2 family house in a quiet 30s zone and has a total of 60sqm in the basement there is also a room.
In front of the house there is a private parking space for them.
WiFi is included just like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden, es war alles sehr sauber und alles da was man benötige zum Wohlfühlen. Badewanne etc. Das einzige was und nicht so gefiel, waren die Betten bzw die Matratzen, die sind sehr weich und durchgelegen.

Geräumige FeWo in ruhiger Lage
Ruhige Lage in kurzer Distanz zu allen notwendigen Geschäften (Edeka, Aldi, dm, etc.). Komfortabel und geräumig. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Villingen und in 30 Minuten im Schwarzwald auf schönen Wanderwegen. Trossingen bietet ausserdem verschiedene Restaurants die man auch zu Fuss erreichen kann (wenn man nach den Wanderungen noch die Kraft hat!).
